The One Belt One Road Blockchain Association aims to further advance the One Belt One Road ecosystem as a global hub for blockchain technologies and enable understanding of the implications of blockchain tech to the general public.

Vice - President
Prof. Tsang is an international senior scientist in computational physics, space physics and fusion
energy systems, specialized in scientific simulation; statistical modeling as well as data analysis. He spent
most of his career at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and well known research consulting companies:
SAIC and MITRE Corporation in USA, from 1975 to 2003, as senior research scientist,
and lead engineer, engaging in research and managing projects in fusion microwave systems and space.
Currently, he is a professor in Statistics at Beijing Normal University - Hong Kong Baptist University-
United International College. His major research interest is in analyzing and modeling datasets from
lunar orbiters, such as Chang’E-1, 2 (China) and Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (US), and applying
statistical and data-mining methods to various big data applications.

Sam YU is an advisor, adjunct professor and author. He currently leads Tinbowah Investment (Beijing) as VP, FasterCapital (Dubai) as Regional Partner (China) & China Knowledge (Shanghai) as Head of Research (FinTech & China's "One Belt, One Road" policy). In 2018, his publication "FinTech in Jiangsu" is awarded the outstanding achievements in educational scientific research by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education & the outstanding scientific achievements by the Philosophical Society of Suzhou, China. His books are currently held in the collections of Peking University Library, Tsinghua University Library, Nanjing Library, Suzhou Library & many others.

Friedrich has more than 25 years of experience in international industry and trade.In his capacity as Managing Director of GBP International Volker has served companies from across many industries in various activities;Volker travels frequently between Asia and Europe since 1997 and has Kuala Lumpur as his second home;Volker was a senior consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants (1996-1997);The academic credentials of Volker are in the field of international economics. He received his MSc in Economics in 1991 and worked as Assistant Professor in International Economics at the University of Duisburg from 1991-1993;Volker serves as a board member/director in four organizations:GBP International Sdn. Benny Lam

Benny Lam graduated from Warwick University in the UK with an MSc degree in “Parallel Computers and Computations”. Benny Lam is the founding vice chairman of Hong Kong Technology Incubation Network (TIN) in Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks, the chairman of AI Special Group of the Hong Kong Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology (HKAAST) and a member of the Hong Kong Computer Society (HKCS). Benny Lam was one of the early designers of the Hong Kong Octopus system. Benny Lam is the Executive Director of AI Capital Ltd. focusing on developing AI and Machine Learning platform for financial trading and forecasting.
